Si queremos hablar de la rutina diaria utilizaremos siempre el PRESENTE SIMPLE, ya que es algo que realizamos habitualmente.
Aquí os dejo algunas pautas que os van a ser de utilidad si quereis escribir un texto sobre vuestra rutina diaria o sobre la rutina diaria de otra persona:
VOCABULARY
Cuando escribimos sobre este tema vamos a tener que utilizar un vocabulario específico. Aquí os dejo alguno que os puede ser de utilidad:
Wake up (despertarse)
Get up (levantarse)
Have a shower (ducharse)
Eat breakfast / have breakfast (desayunar)
Get dressed (vestirse)
Brush my teeth (lavarse los dientes)
Comb (peinarse)
Leave home (salir de casa)
Go to school (ir al colegio)
Catch/take the bus (coger el autobús)
Get to work (llegar al trabajo)
Have lunch (comer)
Go home (ir a casa)
Do my homework (hacer los deberes)
Watch TV (ver la televisión)
Take out the rubbish (sacar la basura)
Have/eat dinner (cenar)
Go to bed (ir a la cama)
FREQUENCY ADVERBS
Los adverbios de frecuencia se utilizan para expresar la regularidad con la que ocurre una acción.
Os preguntareis... ¿dónde coloco yo los adverbios de frecuencia en la oración?. Pues bien, colocamos el adverbio de frecuencia antes del verbo principal excepto cuando ese verbo es el verbo TO BE y entonces lo colocamos detrás del verbo.
Fíjate en estos dos ejemplos:
She always goes to the cinema on Mondays.
I am always happy.
SEQUENCERS
Los utilizamos para ordenar y secuenciar nuestro texto, es decir, para mostrar qué es lo que va primero y qué va después. Son:
First (primero)
Then (después)
Next (a continuación)
Finally (finalmente)
A continuación podrás observar dos textos en Inglés, uno en primera persona y otro en tercera persona. El objetivo de los textos es que veas las diferencias gramaticales entre uno y otro.
En primera persona
Hi! I am Lucy. I usually get up early, at about 7:00. I always have shower and I make my bed. Then I have breakfast with my brother, Tom. I go to school by bus. I start school at 9:00 and finish at 14:00. Then I go home and watch TV for an hour or two with Tom. Then I do my homework. Finally, I go to bed before 10:00 because I need to rest well to be energetic the next day.
En tercera persona
Hi! I am Tom. My sister, Lucy, usually gets up early, at about 7:00. She always has a shower and makes her bed. Then she has breakfast with me. She goes to school by bus. She starts school at 9:00 and finishes at 14:00. Then she goes home and watches TV for an hour or two with me. Then, she does her homework. Finally, she goes to bed before 10:00 because she needs to rest well to be energetic the next day.
